GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are concluded between ZNR DISTRIBUTION SRL, with a share capital of €250,000 whose registered office is located at 14, rue de l’autonomie – 1070 Brussels, registered with the Brussels Trade Register under number BE 0841 338 309, and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website of ZNR DISTRIBUTION SRL, hereinafter referred to as: urbanpulseofficial.com

Article 1: Purpose of the Contract

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the contractual relationship between ZNR DISTRIBUTION SRL and the customer, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made via the website urbanpulseofficial.com.

ZNR DISTRIBUTION SRL reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time by publishing a new version on the website. The applicable terms are those in force on the website on the date the order is placed. Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2: Products

The products offered are those listed in the catalog published on urbanpulseofficial.com, subject to availability.

Each product includes a description prepared by ZNR DISTRIBUTION SRL. The photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee perfect similarity, particularly regarding colors and materials.

ZNR DISTRIBUTION SRL undertakes to deliver products that comply with European regulations concerning safety and health, including legislation on regulated chemical substances.

The products offered include clothing and leather accessories. Leather naturally stretches and softens over time, which may result in slight changes or transformations of the product through use.

Article 3: Prices

The prices listed in the catalog are expressed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT applicable on the date of the order), excluding shipping costs.

ZNR DISTRIBUTION SRL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price displayed on the website on the date of the order shall be the only applicable price.

In case of an obvious pricing error (computer bug, manual error, technical error), the order—even if validated—will be canceled, and the customer will be informed as soon as possible. The customer may then place a new order at the corrected price.

Article 4: Orders and Payment

4.1 Placing an Order

Orders are placed on urbanpulseofficial.com.

To purchase products, the customer must:

  • Select the desired product(s) by clicking “Buy” and add them to the cart (after selecting size, color, or quantity).

  • Review the cart.

  • Click “Next Step.”

  • Create an account or log in with their email and password.

  • Enter delivery and billing details.

  • Choose delivery method.

  • Review order summary and accept the Terms and Conditions.

  • Choose payment method and proceed to secure payment.

The customer may review and correct order details before final confirmation.

4.2 Order Confirmation

Upon payment approval, the customer will receive an order confirmation email summarizing the purchased items, delivery address, and estimated delivery date.

Order validation and confirmation email constitute a sales contract and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

ZNR DISTRIBUTION SRL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of:

  • Abnormal or abusive claims

  • Abnormal quantities ordered

  • Abusive returns or exchanges

  • Existing dispute with the customer

4.3 Payment

Payment is made in full on the day the order is placed.

Accepted payment method:

  • Credit card (Visa, Carte Bleue, Eurocard/Mastercard)

The customer must enter card number, expiry date, and security code.

After three failed attempts, payment will be refused and the customer will be invited to contact customer service at:

ZNR DISTRIBUTION SRL reserves ownership of products until full payment is received.

All payment information is encrypted via SSL protocol. Financial data never passes through ZNR DISTRIBUTION SRL’s internal systems.

Anti-Fraud Measures

Order-related data may be processed to prevent fraud. In case of fraudulent use of a credit card, related details may be recorded in a payment incident file.

In accordance with French Data Protection Law of January 6, 1978, customers have the right to access, rectify, and oppose their personal data.

4.4 Order Archiving

Order confirmations are recorded and stored on a reliable and durable medium. The customer agrees that these records constitute proof of contractual relations.

Article 5: Delivery

ZNR DISTRIBUTION SRL delivers to France, Andorra, Monaco, Luxembourg, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland, United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, and the United States.

Delivery time:

  • Maximum 10 business days (international)

  • 6 business days (Belgium)

Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 3 PM are processed the same day. Orders after 3 PM are processed the next business day.

In case of unjustified delivery delay, the customer may cancel the order and receive reimbursement within 30 days.

Article 6: Order Receipt

The customer must verify the condition of products upon receipt.

Any issue (missing, damaged, non-compliant product) must be reported within 14 days:

Products must not have been worn and must be returned in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If non-compliance is confirmed, the customer may choose:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund within 30 days

Article 7: Right of Withdrawal

Customers have 14 days from receipt to return products without justification.

  • Product must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged

  • In original packaging with tags

  • Return form included

Refund within 14 days after withdrawal confirmation.

Store credit is non-refundable and must be used for future purchases.

Article 8: Personal Data

ZNR DISTRIBUTION SRL collects necessary information to process orders.

Data may also be used to send commercial offers if the customer consents.

Personal data is confidential and secured.

Customers have the right to access, modify, and delete their data by writing to:

Article 9: Cookies

Article 10: Limitation of Liability

ZNR DISTRIBUTION SRL is not responsible for:

  • Server malfunctions

  • Technical failures

  • Virus contamination

Use of the website is at the customer's own risk.

Article 11: Force Majeure

ZNR DISTRIBUTION SRL shall not be liable for non-performance due to force majeure.

If force majeure persists beyond one month, the order will be canceled and refunded within 30 days.

Article 12: Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, parties shall first seek an amicable resolution. Failing agreement, competent courts shall have jurisdiction.

Article 13: Intellectual Property

ZNR DISTRIBUTION SRL owns all rights to photos and images on the website.

Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement under Articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
