If you are not satisfied with your order or if the size of the item you ordered does not fit you, Urban Pulse offers you the possibility to return your order at your own expense within 14 days of receipt.

You may send your item to the following address, clearly indicating your order number on the return package:

Upon receipt of your package, and provided that the return conditions are met, Urban Pulse will either send you the requested replacement item or proceed with a refund of your order.
