Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Time
Our standard shipping time is around two weeks. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. In most cases, orders arrive within 10–14 business days.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. When available, tracking information will also be provided so you can follow your order during transit.
Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, shipping times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs inspections, holidays, or carrier delays.

Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your order or if the size does not fit, Urban Pulse allows you to return your item at your own expense within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected in accordance with our return conditions, Urban Pulse will either send the requested replacement item or issue a refund.

1. Items must be in their original condition
2. Unworn (other than trying on)
3. With all original tags intact
