Refund policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your order or if the size does not fit, Urban Pulse allows you to return your item within 14 days of delivery.


Before returning any item, please contact us at contact@urbanpulseofficial.com and provide your order number along with the reason for the return.


Our team will confirm the return instructions and return address. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Urban Pulse cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process the requested exchange or refund in accordance with our return policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  3. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from damage (other than trying them on).

  4. All original tags must remain attached.
