Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your order or if the size does not fit, Urban Pulse allows you to return your item at your own expense within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected in accordance with our return conditions, Urban Pulse will either send the requested replacement item or issue a refund.

Integrated Protection
At Urban Pulse, we believe style and safety should go hand in hand. That’s why we offer the option to integrate protective inserts into our jackets, pants, and gloves.
Upon request, selected styles can be equipped with dedicated protective elements (shoulders, elbows, back, hips, knees — depending on the product) to meet the safety requirements of motorcycle riding.
Each request is handled with great attention to detail to ensure seamless integration, optimal comfort, and full alignment with the product’s design aesthetic.
